Return & Refund Policy

 
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your goods, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange.
 
To return an item, your product must be unused and in its original condition, and it must be returned in its original packaging.
 
The following types of goods are not eligible for import: perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines; intimate apparel or hygiene products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids or gases.
 
Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
 
To process your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please do not send your purchased goods back to the manufacturer.
 
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted. Books with obvious signs of use are eligible for partial refund. Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video game cartridges, or vinyl records are eligible for partial refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return or exchange. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
 

Refunds

 
Items must be in their original condition and with tags attached.
 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.
 
If your request is approved, we will process your refund, and the funds will automatically be returned to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.
 

Refund Delays or Missing Refunds

 
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
 
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

 
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are not refundable.
 

Exchanges

 
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to {email address} and ship your item to: {physical address}.
 

Gifts

 
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equivalent to the order amount. Once the item is received, we will mail the gift card to you.
 
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves first to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
 

Returns

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The refund will be processed to your original payment account within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you are returning a high-value or heavy item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
